- Customer data: customer names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses you enter for warranty tracking.
- Warranty & job data: equipment details, installation dates, warranty terms, photos, notes.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type.
- Log data: IP address, referring URLs, access times.
- QR scan data: when a customer scans a QR code, we log the scan time, location (if permitted), and device info.
